The Consequences of Original Sin

Message from Our Lord and God Jesus Christ to Sister Beghe in Belgium on February 17, 2026

My dear children,

What is God, who is God? You will answer Me that, according to the catechism, God is a Pure Spirit whom no creature can know because He is totally independent of matter and cannot be perceived by the senses. Being on earth, you can only know something or someone through your senses. You can also know Him through your intellect, but if you do not first approach Him through one of your senses (sight, smell, hearing, touch, taste), your intellect will have difficulty even knowing that He exists.

Indeed, learning takes place through the senses, sight [reading], hearing [instruction], etc., then your brain, your intellect, reflects on it and draws conclusions, and finally your will is set in motion. The body is moved by its senses and its reflection draws conclusions. Reflection comes from the human brain as well as from the brains of animals, which remember pleasant or unpleasant experiences, each creature's brain being more or less developed according to its species. Animals are creatures of God, humans are creatures of God. What is the difference between them?

When God created Adam, He created him in His image and likeness, and He wanted to populate His Heaven with creatures so similar to Himself that He wanted to adopt them as His own sons. Adam wanted to be accompanied by a creature similar to himself, and God made it so. Her name was Eve, a name given to her by her husband because she was destined to be the mother of mankind. She was so similar to him that she was his equal, but God put order into all creation and instituted the husband as the head of the wife so that she could freely and without constraint give birth to children, both male and female, and thus populate the earth and Eternity so that they could love and enjoy God infinitely and eternally.

Such was God's plan for humanity, but the first man, under the influence of the first woman, turned away from God and lost the treasures of grace that had been given to him freely. The woman, the instigator of this grave and irreparable sin, was subjected to personal punishment, as it says in the Bible (Genesis 3:16): “I will greatly multiply your pain in childbearing; in pain you shall bring forth children, yet your desire shall be for your husband, and he shall rule over you.” “And to the man, God said (Genesis 3:17-18): ”Because you have listened to the voice of your wife and eaten from the tree that I forbade you to eat from, cursed is the ground because of you! By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food every day of your life (...) until you return to the ground (...) for you are dust, and to dust you will return."

Thus the consequence of the sin of man and woman is described in the Bible, the book of life, and the devil never ceases to incite man and woman to rebel against this divine judgment. But when man and woman accept this consequence of sin with filial obedience, they can derive deep joy from it, lived in faith, hope, and charity, and all the other virtues that flow from them, and gain Heaven at the end of their days.

The Blessed Virgin Mary, the new Eve, was a model of humility and obedience, and St. Joseph was likewise a model husband, father, and example of submission to God's will. He was the perfect servant, just as the Blessed Virgin Mary did not hesitate for a second at the Angel's announcement: “I am the servant of the Lord; let it be done to me according to your word.” "

The first sin was a sin of independence that brought humanity down. The redemption of humanity, so desired by God, was a personal act of humility and total submission to His Will, whatever the cost.

My children, on the eve of this great Lent of 2026, I invite you to meditate on the sin of independence, of self-will, of man's defiance and Lucifer's “Non Serviam”; and conversely, meditate on humility, dependence, and submission to the Will of God, whose example of Jesus and Mary opens Heaven for the eternal happiness of those who imitate Them.

Be among those who follow the new Eve, Mary, and the new Adam, Jesus Christ, and not the first man Adam and the first woman Eve, who lost humanity; but their repentance saved it thanks to the Descendants who were promised to them to help them live despite their fall.

The virtue of hope is communicated to you through baptism in the same way as the other two theological virtues, faith and charity, which, when well exercised and well lived, open for you the beautiful and luminous Gate of Heaven.

I love you, I support you, I redeem you, love Me in return, do penance and have faith.

I bless you, My dearest children, in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit †. Amen.

Your Lord and your God
