The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). The legitimate interest lies in the optimization and user-friendly design of the website. Since no cookies are set and IP addresses are anonymized, no legitimate interests of the data subjects prevail.

Storage period

The raw data collected is automatically deleted or completely anonymized after [e.g. 6 months]. Aggregated statistics (e.g. page views per month) are stored for longer, but do not contain any personal data.
